On another note, my friend (only one i seem to have these days tbh), is going to be home tomorrow and we may be going to Seoul Restaurant in New Haven for an early birthday lunch. I've never had Korean food, but i've seen it in dramas and on variety shows and it looks so good... I already know what I'm going to get if we go. If not though, I will convince my parents to go at some point...
Just looking at the menu is so exciting, because I actually know what some of the dishes are, and how popular they are...
I've known for about a year exactly what my first real Korean cuisine would be:
Bibim Bap
And/Or
Kimchi Jigae
